  1. I’m a very conventional person. Even when it comes to dieting, I stick to conventional ways. So eating three full meals for me makes more sense than eating six small meals. Besides, it would be very time-consuming for me to eat six small meals. I’m really more for the conventional ways of Bistro md.

  2. A lot of people are into IF or better known as intermittent fasting. I’m not sure if I can do that because I don’t like it when I get too hungry. I get dizzy and grouchy. I also end up eating more than I should. Knowing that I have to stop at a certain time, I might end up eating too much. I’m more comfortable with eating small meals throughout the day.

  4. I eat six times a day…actually even more. The thing is I’m not doing it right because I eat almost anything. I don’t count the calories and I should. I’m keeping my fingers crossed on Bistromd. I really hope it helps me eat six small meals a day the right way.
