  1. BistroMD is definitely NOT a fad diet. What it is for me is that it’s a fresh diet of real foods. I actually get a variety of foods that have been naturally grown and raised by farmers.   2. Frequent exercise can’t really do much if you don’t watch your diet. Diet plays a major role in weight loss. If you don’t watch what you eat, you can’t lose weight. It’s a simple as that. Even if you exercise your butt off, you’re still not going to lose weight.

    1. You couldn’t have said it any better. Exercise helps but it’s totally useless if you eat more than the calories you’re burning. You have to eat the right amount of calories even if you are exercising. This doesn’t mean that you should eat too little or too many calories. What it means is that you should eat the right amount of calories to keep you going and to help you lose weight as well. Only a dietitian can really figure how many calories your body needs for weight loss.

  3. It’s common sense but not everybody gets it. Exercise alone CANNOT make you lose weight. What good would your workouts be if you still ate a lot? You need to burn those calories. If you’re still taking in way too many calories, a lot more than you are burning, then you’re doomed. It’s as simple as that.

  4. The last thing I want to do is to prepare a meal after a long day at work. That’s the reason why I used to order a lot of takeouts before. It was very convenient for me. I never really bothered to watch what I ate since I exercised regularly. After sometime, I noticed that I was gaining weight. So I had to do something and obviously, it was my diet that needed immediate attention and change. So I made the change with Bistro md.
