  1. Who wouldn’t want to lose weight right away? I would certainly want to but if it’s temporary, then what’s the use? I might as well be patient with a diet like Bistro Md. At least, the result is more lasting.

  2. It’s safer to be on a diet like Bistro MD. In my case, it has given me a different perspective on weight loss. I don’t focus so much now on my weight now. Instead, I focus more on the food I eat. I would say that I now have a more positive outlook on weight loss and food.
