For example, instead of using the elevator at work, try climbing the stairs to get to your office. Now, if your office is on the 25th floor or above, you can walk halfway but you know what I mean, right?  😊 
Another good example is by standing for 30 minutes after a meal. Although that’s not much of an exercise but it’s a lot better than sitting down.]]></description>

That could get pretty challenging. Most of the time, I end up eating more than I should. I need a good meal plan and by the looks of it, Bistromd can help me a lot.
