You couldn’t have said it any better. Exercise helps but it&#039;s totally useless if you eat more than the calories you&#039;re burning. You have to eat the right amount of calories even if you are exercising. This doesn’t mean that you should eat too little or too many calories. What it means is that  you should eat the right amount of calories to keep you going and to help you lose weight as well. Only a dietitian can really figure how many calories your body needs for weight loss.]]></description>

It was very convenient for me. I never really bothered to watch what I ate since I exercised regularly.  After sometime, I noticed that I was gaining weight. So I had to do something and obviously, it was my diet that needed immediate attention and change. So I made the change with Bistro md. Interestingly, I was able to lose the unwanted pounds and I was also able to save a couple of bucks. It turned out the Bistro md was a lot more affordable than the food I used to buy before.]]></description>
