Bistromd helped me a lot in the past few months. Their delivery service spared me from going out to do some grocery. Since, I couldn’t go out to jog that often, Bistromd helped me stay in shape. Another reason why BistroMD is unique is because of their natural food sources. You won’t get produce that has been sprayed with chemicals or meats that have been injected with hormones. Everything is naturally grown and raised and that makes the diet very safe.

I am looking for a more natural way to lose weight because I want to be able to keep it off. The food from the menu of Bistromd looks fresh and natural. I am all set to try it out. According to my readings, they actually are fresh but I really want to find out for myself.

In reply to gerta. If you've been with the program as long as I have, you’re going to come across some dishes that aren’t so fantastic. Overall I would say that you still get the best diet dishes from Bistromd.

I haven’t come across a dish that tastes really bad. So far, I’m pretty happy with the food. I super like the chicken with brocclli. I just love the stuffing. I can actually eat that every single day.

My husband and I have been on Bistromd for about a year now. He has his own plan, while I have mine. We enjoy our meals a lot because it’s tweaked to our personal needs. At the same time, we eat together as if we’re having some kind of home cooked meal. I think that’s great.

Bistro md is such a time saver for me. I just heat up one of their precooked dishes and in a matter of minutes, I have a complete meal. I can’t believe how easy it is to eat well and lose weight.
