  1. It took me a long, long time to lose weight. I was exercising. I was dieting. I was doing everything but nothing happened. I would lose two or five pounds but that was all. By the time I tried Bistro MD, I wasn’t as hopeful as when I was on the other diet plans. I just took it easy. I figured, what have I got to lose? If I don’t lose weight, at least I’m eating healthy food. In less than a month, I was seeing great results. The best part about it was that I was losing weight consistently and most importantly, safely. I was finally able to lose the weight but I never left the Bistro MD diet. That’s why I am able to maintain my weight.

  2. I’m glad I took some time to read your article. I have been trying to lose some weight but the results are very slow. I don’t feel good about it and most of the time, I’m pretty pissed about it. To make matters worse, I end up comparing myself with my friends and I feel really bad about it. It’s as if all my hard work is not enough. It’s very frustrating. Your article made me feel better. You are absolutely right, I should never compare myself to others. Thanks. I needed that.
